Along with these film productions, Jean-Pascal has been commissioned by many of the world’s leading theatres and orchestras.
Having scored three previous films of our director, both of them were very keen to continue their strong working relationship. Consequently, they started working on ideas for the Chairs score several years before the film was shot. This approach enabled Jean-Pascal to completely understand the musical arrangements and tone that our director wanted for every frame and scene. Jean-Pascal composed the original score for Chairs from his studio in Switzerland.
